Service Item

A Service Item is a single instance of a Service that has been requested by a Consumer.

The Consumer is the owner of the Service Item. The Service Owner is the owner of the Service that the Service Item is raised against.

It is the Consumers responsibility to request the correct state and configuration for their Service Item based on the allowed option in the Service Schema. Consumers can modify and delete this Service Item configuration as they see fit, or as their needs change. They can also delete the config when they are finished with it.

It is the Service Owners responsibility to deliver the Service Item as requested by the Consumer.
